Spring is here! Our herb beds are beginning to show signs of new life. It is time to remove the cold frames and gear up for warm weather. 

We love New Mexico green chilies. So after a lot of practice we have come up with a dry version that you can make at home. We call it Green Chili Dip.. It is great with salsa chips or even better with veggie sticks.

Budget cuts may mean you are eating at home more or buying other types of meat. Remember our meat rubs do up to 5 pounds of meat.
